Service terms
These terms summarise how the Docs AI service from TrigunAI Innovations Private Limited, Patna, Bihar ("TrigunAI") works. Each customer also signs a short service agreement with a data processing schedule; if anything differs, the signed agreement applies.
Free demo
- The demo is free and you have no obligation to buy.
- Send only a few sample documents that contain no personal data, such as one chapter of your own notes or a public circular. Please do not send patient records, student lists or confidential client files for the demo.
- We delete demo documents within 30 days after the demo unless you become a customer.

GST is charged at 18%. Prices include hosting in India (or running on your server), software and AI model updates, adding new documents within your monthly page allowance (Institute 500 pages, Professional 2,000 pages, Private Server as agreed), support on WhatsApp and phone in working hours, the admin panel, access control and one staff training session. They do not include scanning or typing paper documents, Meta's WhatsApp message charges (billed at actual cost), server hardware for on-premise use, custom integrations beyond the agreed scope, or writing or correcting your content. The final price is confirmed in writing after the demo. We send a GST invoice for every payment.
Billing and cancellation
- The setup fee is paid before setup starts. It covers loading your documents, testing, access setup and training, and is not refundable once setup work has been done. If you cancel before any setup work starts, we refund it in full.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance, starting from the go-live date. There is no long lock-in.
- You can cancel with 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp. On request we give you an export of your documents and question logs, and then delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
What the service is, and is not
- Docs AI is a study and reference aid that answers from the documents you provide and shows the source page or section.
- AI can make mistakes. It may misread a scanned page, miss part of a document or combine information wrongly. Users should check important answers against the source shown. We do not promise that every answer will be correct or complete.
- It is not a teacher, doctor, chartered accountant or lawyer. It is not professional, medical, legal or tax advice, and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment decisions or advice to patients. We make no promise about marks, ranks, selections, audit results or compliance.
- We aim for 99% monthly availability of the hosted service, not counting outages of your internet or devices, outages of WhatsApp or Meta, or planned maintenance we tell you about in advance. For the Private Server plan, availability depends on your server and network.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you own the documents you upload or have permission to use them in this way (for example, notes written by your own staff, or circulars published by a government body). You are responsible for any copyright claim about documents you upload.
- Do not upload patient records, identity documents or other people's personal files.
- Tell your students, staff or clients that the assistant is AI, and, where the law requires, get the consent needed for them to use it (including a parent's consent for children).
- Keep login details safe and remove users who should no longer have access.
Data
You remain responsible for personal data in the service as the Data Fiduciary, and we process it only on your instructions as your Data Processor. Your documents stay yours. We do not use your documents, or your users' questions and answers, to train AI models for anyone else. Details are in our privacy policy and your signed data processing schedule.
Liability
Our total liability under the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an answer without checking its source. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
